About the Event
Have you ever wanted to learn an instrument? Samba is the music of Brazil and centred around community which we try to share with our city here in Hamilton.
Come join us on a Monday night from 7:00pm to 8:30pm for our 4 week beginners' samba drumming workshop. No drumming experience necessary and all the drums provided (and ear plugs!). Just bring your enthusiasm and a smile!

What to expect:
We will spend 4 weeks learning the basics of samba rhythms and by the end of the workshop we will be able to play a complete Rio style samba rhythm as a group. You'll have access to tutorial videos via our website so you can practice at home and you'll even get a free t-shirt.
